Turn beetroots into borscht. Get started in Marina's kitchen. Marina worked as a nurse in Grozny, Chechnya. When the apartment where she lived with her husband and four children had suffered extensive damage once more from the struggle that was going on in Chechnya between the Russian leadership and Chechen separatists, Marina decided to leave. She says: "I do not know what was scarier, to stay or go away. Now I'm fine and my kids are doing well. All four have had a proper education and I'm the proud granny of two grandchildren."
