Heilige Boontjes offers these young people a work-study trajectory within her company. These youngsters learn a trade as a coffee roaster and barista and are challenged to achieve the very best result time and time again with beautiful coffee from special regions. But the most important thing that is taught is work ethics. The goal is to work with 50 young people every year. After this maximum 50-week apprenticeship trajectory, they have the knowledge and work experience that enables them to join the labour market.Heilige Boontjes uses specialty coffee, the best Arabica beans available worldwide. Think of single origin coffee beans from Brazil, Sumatra and Ethiopia, all with their own specific taste pattern. Heilige Boontjes is a sustainable and honest product, from coffee production to the consumer who enjoys this unforgettable coffee.
